Heather Galasso Taylor was raised in Richmond, Kentucky, and has proudly called Frankfort home since 2007. A devoted animal lover and passionate sports fan, Heather finds joy outside of work in spending time with her husband, Brent, whom she married on March 17, 2016, and their beloved dog, Harlow. Whether cheering on her favorite teams or enjoying quiet moments at home, Heather values the strong connections that ground her life.

She is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting and Public Relations. Heather later strengthened her leadership skills through the Ken Blanchard Leadership Academy, with a focus on team building and organizational growth — training that continues to guide her people-first approach to leadership.

Heather launched her career in 1998 as a Customer Account Manager with World Color Book Printing in Versailles. There, she developed a strong foundation in client relations, operations, and problem-solving. In 2006, she joined Buffalo Trace Distillery as a Production Planning Manager. At one of Kentucky’s most historic and globally recognized distilleries, Heather plays a vital role in coordinating operations and ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced, tradition-rich industry.

Known for her professionalism, reliability, and warmth, Heather brings the same dedication to her career that she shows in her personal life. Whether leading at work, cheering from the stands, or spending time with Brent and Harlow, Heather exemplifies loyalty, leadership, and heart in everything she does.
