At Drone Flight School, we use the Drone Legends curriculum because it provides an engaging, hands-on approach to STEM education that empowers students to become confident drone pilots and problem-solvers. Designed for all ages, this curriculum blends real-world drone applications with interactive challenges that teach essential concepts in engineering, physics, and coding. By using Drone Legends, we ensure our students develop critical thinking, teamwork, and technical skills in a structured yet exciting environment. This foundation not only prepares them for advanced drone operations but also sparks a lifelong passion for technology, aviation, and innovation.
The databot is a compact, wireless STEM-education device designed for classrooms and makerspaces alike. Tipping the scales at about 1.2 oz and standing ¾” high, it packs 16 different science sensors, plus light & sound outputs, and it’s programmable with AI/ML-capabilities It’s built for hands-on exploration students can measure everything from magnetism, UV light, CO₂, humidity, to motion, making it ideal for real-world data collection and immersive science experiments. For educators, databot provides a rich lesson library, coding starter resources, and tools to bring data literacy into the classroom in a fun, tangible way.
