Our Drone Flight School Corporate Retreats are a fresh take on professional development—part high-tech workshop, part adrenaline-fueled team challenge. These one-day experiences are custom-built for businesses, nonprofits, school staff, and leadership teams who are tired of the same old PowerPoints and trust falls.

Participants get hands-on with the latest drone technology, learning to fly, complete aerial missions, and even engage in friendly drone battles. But this isn’t just for fun—each activity is intentionally designed to strengthen communication, teamwork, creative problem-solving, and leadership. Whether your team is navigating a timed flight course or coordinating a simulated rescue mission, they’ll need to strategize, adapt, and collaborate under pressure.

No prior drone experience is necessary—our instructors make it easy and fun for everyone to get airborne. We provide all the equipment, instruction, and facilitation. All you need to bring is your team and a sense of adventure.

Half-Day Corporate Drone Retreat (4 Hours)

Morning Session (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) or Afternoon Session (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

00:00–00:30 | Welcome + Flight School Basics

Quick intro + icebreaker (choose your pilot call sign)
Safety briefing and FAA-friendly flight rules
Hands-on drone tutorial: takeoff, hover, land

00:30–01:30 | Flight Training + Team Challenge

Practice basic maneuvers and obstacle flying
Challenge: Precision Drop Mission
Teams fly to drop a payload on a target—points for accuracy and teamwork

01:30–02:15 | Search & Rescue Simulation

Teams use camera drones to find “survivors” and coordinate recovery
Emphasis on strategy, communication, and pressure management

02:15–03:15 | Final Team Competition

Drone Relay Race (timed hand-offs + coordination)
Optional: Freestyle drone time or photo opps

03:15–04:00 | Debrief + Awards

Team reflection: what worked, what surprised you
Awards: Best Pilot, Best Crash, MVP Team

We’ve got the refreshments covered. Throughout the retreat, we’ll keep your team fueled and focused with a selection of snacks and beverages. Whether you’re in the mood for something crunchy, sweet, or just need a caffeine boost, we’ll have it ready so you can focus on collaborating, creating, and having fun.

The cost is $40 per person, with space for up to 12 participants. This covers an action-packed half-day of hands-on drone activities, guided team-building exercises, and all the snacks and drinks your crew needs to stay energized. It’s an investment in boosting collaboration, creativity, and morale—plus, it’s a lot more exciting than another meeting in the conference room.

Do not make any payments of any kind until your class is officially scheduled—full stop. Until there’s a confirmed date on the calendar and a seat with your name attached to it, your money stays in your pocket, not drifting through the event-planning twilight zone. Once your class is locked in, then you pay, you show up, and you fly—but until then, your wallet is grounded and cleared for holding.
