Mr. Chuck Fletcher is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Frankfort and has been a dedicated member for 17 years. He has served as president, vice president, lieutenant, governor, and governor (2015-2016), member of the board of trustees and served the Kiwanis Club in many capacities. He was appointed as Chair of the International Membership Committee in 2022, and served on the Executive Board, Risk Management, Service and Partnership. He has been instrumental in opening new clubs and is a dedicated supporter of the Kiwanis Children’s Fund, which supports students with grants for projects, develop leadership programs, and supports service in communities.
Fletcher is a board member for the Franklin Center For Innovation. He has served as a Franklin County Schools board member, is a veteran social studies educator of Anderson County High School, and youth pastor. He has also served as chair of the Frankfort Regional Medical Center Board and served as past president of the Capital City Retired Teachers’ Association. Because of his dedication to improving the lives of youth, Mr. Fletcher was appointed by the governor of Kentucky to a two-year term to the State School Curriculum Assessment and Accountability Council.
Chuck Fletcher is from Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. He currently lives in Frankfort, Ky. He is the father to his son Gaylen and has four grandchildren. He is a dedicated public speaker, writer, and loves meeting and listening to people. Fletcher promotes positive thinking. He uses his Facebook page as a means to promote positive messages on how we can live better together.
