Over a span of eight engaging missions, students will code their virtual drone, seek out hidden clues, unravel age-old secrets, and find themselves in the midst of a historic mystery. As the tale goes, no mystery is complete without its fair share of riddles and challenges, so expect math and problem-solving puzzles along the way!
The Egyptian Expedition is an innovative learning experience where students apply their STEM, coding, and critical thinking skills to fly a drone in a simulated environment.
Throughout 8 exciting missions, students will code and fly their virtual drone in the Egyptian landscape, uncovering hidden clues that lead them to the ultimate treasure!
This program reinforces math and problem-solving skills as students keep track of their progress in their Drone Pilot notes.

Egyptian Expedition 6-Week Training Program for 4th-8th Graders:
Duration: This immersive program spans 6 weeks, with classes held twice a week. Each session is 2 hours long, culminating in a total of 24 hours of hands-on training.
Curriculum: Through our partnership with Drone Legends, students will delve into the basics of drone technology, including flight mechanics, programming, and real-world applications. The curriculum is designed to be engaging and interactive, fostering curiosity and critical thinking.
Location: Classes will be conducted at the Thorn Hill Education Center, conveniently scheduled every 4 months to ensure continuous learning opportunities.
Outcomes: Students will develop problem-solving skills, enhance their understanding of STEM concepts, and gain practical experience with cutting-edge technology.
